ClearSpace Workshop (2-hour workshop)

Imagine the mental or physical “space” you experience after a yoga class, a meditation, a long walk, or a massage, The ClearSpace workshop will give you the tools to find that sense of ClearSpace in your everyday. A combination of yoga, meditation and creative exercises, this workshop helps participants discover or reconnect with their own personal sense of “ClearSpace”.


Relax and Renew (2-hour workshop)

Treat your body and mind to an afternoon of yoga and relaxation. This workshop is for anyone who needs to relieve stress, take a mental break and receive some physical pampering. A combination of gentle poses, meditation and breathing techniques, this workshop will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed!


Yoga Your Running (4-6 week series of 1-hour classes, or 2 hour workshop)

Classes are designed to target typical areas of tightness and weakness in runners. Having been a runner all her life, Annabel teaches this workshop from a runner’s perspective. Participants will stretch, strengthen and re-energize their running muscles in this four-week or six-week workshop.
