Based in Toronto, Annabel teaches Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and mat Pilates for individual private clients or private small group classes. Classes take place in your home or in a local studio. Regardless of which discipline she is teaching, Annabel’s focus is on body awareness, alignment, breath, strength, and flexibility.
